If you use an electric shower, pumped shower, power shower or non-standard fitting, we recommend checking with your shower manufacturer or a qualified plumber before purchasing.

Is FOSS easy to install?

How long does delivery take?

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
Europe: 7–15 business days
International: 10–20 business days

Do you offer returns?

Yes. FOSS offers a 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee from the date your order is delivered.

UK customers also have a legal right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
